The Royal-patronized event highlighted key milestones in the center's quarter-century trajectory, detailing advancements in cancer care and health service standards for patients across the region.
In the presence of HRH Prince Talal bin Muhammad, Prince Feisal listened to an address by HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of KHCF and KHCC, in which she expressed gratitude for continuous royal support since the organization's inception.
Princess Ghida noted that the trust placed in KHCF and KHCC by Jordanians and the wider Arab region over the past 25 years forms the core foundation of their commitment to high medical standards and specialized talent acquisition.
She announced that the foundation's next flagship project will be the establishment of a specialized pediatric cancer hospital, set to be the first dedicated facility of its kind in the Arab world.
During the ceremony, several cancer survivors shared their recovery journeys, demonstrating the impact of the institution's ongoing mission. Princess Ghida honored members of the Board of Trustees and executive leadership, while Prince Talal presented awards to key supporters and institutional partners.
KHCC provides care for approximately 70 percent of cancer cases in Jordan, having treated more than 85,000 pediatric and adult patients from Jordan and the Arab world, achieving pediatric cure rates of up to 85 percent.
Over recent years, the center expanded its operational capacity by adding facilities in Amman and establishing a branch in Aqaba to serve patients in the Kingdom's southern governorates.
